Green tea and regular tea so bad (caffeine) in it, like a mountain dew or ????? Energy Drink
I whondering whether caffeine in tea is bad as what you get with Mountain Dew or soda, or even energy drinks, I like green tea, such as you find in stores like LIPT because green tea is good for you, but I just want to know if the caffeine in it is so bad, anyone knows please share their thoughts, I would like to thank you ……….. ………..
Energy drinks are really bad for you, not only because of the caffeine, but because all other chemicals they use. Mountani dew tastes good and has a relatively high amount of caffeine, but not a bad level. Remember the sugar rush (and injury) as well. Green tea is good for you, but not when it's with all the sugar like Lipton iced tea or az. I think a ipton green tea is a tasty beverage, but the small amount of antioxidants youre gonna get there is very little and there are a ton of sugar (or artificial sweetener) in it. Lipton I think is a better option, but not by much. The Lipton has less caffine too
